You have pointed out very important issue. Retirment makes you orgize and more committed towards you want to deliver. Our politician are mafia(top leaders) always wana to stay on the top in the parties as well as in the govt with out any princile and hene no retirment plan as well.
I want to have your attenion to a scientist Dr ATTA UR REHMAN EX. chairman HEC and director of the ICCBS the biggest institute for reserach in pakistan.He willingly gave directorship to another profesor Dr Iqbal.
